There is a new neat layout ensuring your experience is hassle-free when using the product. The performance of the product is also improved with zero glitches even when the number of rows exceeds 80.
The product menu bars have been redesigned to enhance the overall navigation experience. You can now find the product capabilities that you need more quickly and easily.
You can now view all the data related to timesheets, time off requests, approvals, and more on one page. The widgets are displayed based on the roles assigned to you, so that you can quickly complete the tasks with a minimum set of actions.
The new trial experience enables you to try other products available to you for 14 days to help you understand our portfolio.
Administrators can publish and broadcast multiple messages with embedded links/URLs. They can also filter the messages as per particular departments or regions. These messages can be timeboxed. They expire once the defined time frame is over, and disappear from the landing page.

We have enabled out-of-box payroll integration support for our existing Replicon and ADP customers by launching new ‘Replicon ADP Data Connector’ product on both the ADP U.S. and ADP Canada Marketplaces.
We’ve launched a new Microsoft Project Online Integration to seamlessly sync projects and time data between Replicon and Microsoft Project Planning tools/solutions such as Microsoft Project Plan 3, Microsoft Project Plan 5, Replicon, and Polaris platform.

You can now set the project expense code as billable or non-billable. The project codes will be displayed and billed accordingly.
You can now decide which expenses can be billed to your projects and which expenses need to go from the common budget. Client representatives can now review the expenses submitted and approve the same easily.
Expanded Compliance Coverage
California meal break regulation: We’ve added a new ‘employee attestation’ waiver component to provide an even better way for organizations to not only stay fully compliant with the latest California meal break regulations, but also to take advantage of the flexibility, best practices, and recommendations provided by the California Supreme Court in a recent and very important ruling.
Global Time Off Rules: Standardized automatic recalculation of accrual time off rules. Our library, consisting of various configurable timesheets, workflows, and time off rules, is continuously being updated to support you both for statutory compliance and best practice requirements.
Integrations Just Got Better
We recertified Replicon’s SAP-Endorsed App Solution for Project Time Tracking with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA Cloud. We also extended the existing solution to support transferring time data for payroll processing in SAP SuccessFactors ECP.

You can now collect project ideas and requests in a centralized location. There’s no need to collect notes, collate spreadsheets, or jog your memory to plan your portfolio.
It enables you to systematically and objectively evaluate, track, and prioritize requests and ideas, with scoring, statuses, and approval criteria. With this, portfolio managers can apply a more consistent, data-driven process to identify investments with the highest value and alignment to their strategic goals.
Once decisions are made, you can create projects directly from requests. You can also organize projects and requests under portfolios for a centralized, real-time view of progress in each business unit, product line, or initiative.
