Running payroll reports
You may need to use reports to:
- Review pay details
- View the details of payable time, time off, and expenses

1 This default report is only available in the TimeAttend and TimeOff products. If you are using our new time off system, create a report from the Time Off Transactions template to access this information.

The number of hours associated with that pay code, for the selected data range |

The amount owed to the employee for their time, based on their hourly payroll rate and the pay code multiplier. (BC) indicates the amount is in the system’s base currency. |

The Bradford Factor is used by human resources departments to monitor the length and frequency of employee absences |
Time Off Transactions or Time Off - Balances |
Modification Summary |
Summarizes the changes made to the timesheet. Alternatively, you can use the Field, Original Value, and New Value columns if you do not want to view the changes in summary. |
